DELIVERY INFORMATION
STANDARD DELIVERY - All standard delivery to the UK costs only £2.50! Your order will be processed the same day (if ordered by 3pm) and should only take 2-3 working days to get to you. As we fully insure all orders, we will need to take a signature upon arrival.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE - Sometimes you just have to have it tomorrow or it's a last minute gift for a friend or relative. Choose our Next Day Delivery service and have your order arrive by 1pm the very next day. (Applies to UK deliveries and orders placed by 3pm)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We aim to deliver non-UK orders within 5 working days. However, we recommend that you check with your local mail office for delivery deadlines specific to the country you are shipping too.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
We send our orders via Royal Mail and cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of items after despatch. Royal Mail policy states that items are deemed delayed on the 14th day after despatch and lost on the 28th day after despatch. Refunds and compensation claims will apply after the lost period. Compensation claims for items can only begin after the stated periods. |
