We believe that no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, or if you've simply changed your mind, we are pleased to offer a seven (7) day return policy on all purchases**.
For health & hygiene reasons, all items including earrings are packaged in clear cellophane to allow for easy viewing. All items are non returnable or refundable if the cellophane packaging or security label is damaged or tampered with.
**Please note that refunds do not apply if the item is on sale at a reduced price or is a special order item. Gift Box's and postage costs are also non-refundable.
Changed Your Mind
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must fill in our Online Returns Form and include your receipt, item(s) and all original packaging with the return. Please note that all our items carry a security label to prevent mis-use. No refunds or exchanges will be given if security labels and item(s) have been tampered, removed or if the returned item arrives to us visibly worn or damaged.
Damaged Goods
If on the rare occasion your item arrives damaged. Please notify us within 48 hours of accepted delivery. Email returns@temptationjewellery.com and follow steps for our 'Changed Your Mind' policy.
We recommend that you send returns via a secure and insured delivery method (Royal Mail Special Delivery) as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. You will only be refunded postage costs in cases of damaged goods.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights. |
