We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
Items are photographed and uploaded onto our website to as close to its original colours. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on our website are shown in GBP, and include VAT at 17.5%.

For health & hygiene reasons, earrings are packaged in clear cellophane to allow for easy viewing. Returns and refunds on earrings are valid if packaging and tamper label is intact. All items carry a security label to prevent mis-use. No refunds or exchanges will be given if security labels and item(s) have been tampered, removed or if the returned item arrives to us visibly worn or damaged.
Please note that refunds do not apply if you have ordered a special order item from us or if the item is on sale at a reduced price. Gift boxes purchased and postage costs are non-refundable.
